Ingredients (Serves 2)
300-400g pork tenderloin
3 tsp Colman’s apple sauce
Pinch of salt
2 tsps water
1 tsp olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together until you have a light paste and brish over the pork using a basting brush.
Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C, 180°C, Gas mark 6 basting every 10 mins for around 20-25 mins or until cooked through.
Rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
