Preparation and Usage
How to Make a Perfect Cup of Loose Leaf Tea
Our Master Blender recommends one teaspoon for each person and one more for the teapot.
Use freshly boiled water, give a gentle stir and leave the tea leaves to infuse for 3 – 5 minutes. The longer you leave the tea to infuse, the stronger it will taste.
Give the teapot one more stir before pouring through a strainer.
Experiment with the amount of tea leaves and how long you leave them infuse to get the balance of flavours that’s right for you.
